Yes, this is all zbrush, practiced with the Fundamentals tutorial by flippednormals, they're pretty solid for straightforward and usable information on how to use the program. Really a monkey-see-monkey-do practice so most of the credit on how well this came is due to their tut. The 3 people I'd go to for zbrush are flippednormals, Michael Pavlovich (he's got the most in depth info on what every button does), and Madeline Scott Spencer (the inbetween of flippednormals info and Pavlovich on what zbrush can do, personally think she's the best for complete beginners). Blender is good for sculpting now, too, and Yansculpts has the best info on that. Zbrush and Blender can both use .obj files so the two programs can be used on the same project, to an extent.
